Influenced by my background in advertising and graphic design, I create mixed media collages that tell stories embedded with symbolism, reflecting my cultural heritage as a woman artist of color. I like to explore various themes like memory, personal identity, social dynamics, and ecology.

My experimental video is about the rise of domestic abuse worldwide and especially in India due to families being forced to spend more time together during the COVID-19 lockdowns. The darkness created by conflicts and abuse by family members who once promised love, protection and hopes – reduced to nothing but crumbled fear, grief and anger. Selected for historical archive of Kanyer Art Collection, USA
3D collage made for Finding Treasures in the Discarded open Mail Art call for the @kanyerartcollection. I interpreted the Collage in a tin can open call in an Indian context and put my analogue collage inside a stainless steel 'dabba' which is widely used in every Indian household for storing food and other stuff.
